Orders usually ship within 2 business days, but may take up to 14 business days (especially during the holiday season). If you have a hard deadline that your equipment needs to be somewhere by, please send us an email asking when the order should arrive and explaining your deadline to firstname.lastname@example.org. By default items are shipped 2-3 day USPS priority.
General returns can be accepted for resalable (non-defective) non-customized items within 30 days of shipping date. Please contact us to request a return. Items must be clean and unused, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs on such returns. Refunds will be granted in the form of credit card refund.

Pictures May Be Old
While we try really hard to keep our photography up to date, it is possible that we will upgrade a product and not yet of updated the picture on the website. When you purchase the a product, you are purchasing our latest version of that product, not what is specifically in the pictures on the product page.
Matching Previously Ordered Products
All of our gear is hand crafted and we are constantly upgrading our designs. So if you ordered something in the past, and need to get a matching new item, please include in your order notes the specifications of the older prop. That would include things like overall length or other specific design features you want to make sure are the same. Just letting us know you are wanting a match to an old item will let us contact you about that item if there have been changes. We do not guarantee any new item will match the design of a previous order.
Dark Monk provides a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty. If you receive products with a manufacturing defect evident on arrival or that become evident during standard use, please contact us for an RMA form. We will ask for descriptions and pictures of the faulty element. Dark Monk will either repair or replace the product, and will pay for all related shipping costs.
Orders can be cancelled within two hours of being placed. Please contact us with your order number to request a cancellation.
Dark Monk will never share any customer information with third party advertisers. We do not store credit card information for any purposes. All account information is stored in a secure database and will be used to help inform our customers of spinning arts equipment news or make ordering easier from the Dark Monk website. Lost in the Mail
Dark Monk is not responsible for items that are packaged and shipped properly but fail to arrive at the customer's destination due to either customer or shipper errors. We will work diligently to try and resolve any issue that arises, but the normal action is to wait a minimum of 60 days for the package to either be delivered or returned to Dark Monk. If it is returned and the shipping issue was something Dark Monk did incorrectly, we will reship the package at our expense. Otherwise, Dark Monk will send an invoice for the re-shipping charge that must be paid prior to re-shipping the product.
International packages that are shipped first class, do not have tracking or insurance. If the order is undelivered and not returned after 60 days or damaged when it arrives, Dark Monk will offer the customer the same order at half price and the customer will cover shipping. If the package was lost and the original package is later returned to Dark Monk, Dark Monk will refund the remaining 50% that was paid on the second order.
